This invention elliminates shortcomings of other devices. This only uses gravity and a system of stops to secure food EFFORTLESSLY at any of 224 selectable temperature positions hi, lo, & sideways. Positioning is refined to:

1. Lift* or not lift = Engage or not engage
2. Swing or not swing = Change or not change.
